This rig is modeled after the venerable British PLCE webbing but has some features more in line with American thinking (mainly a buttpack sized rear pouch instead of two separate sustainment pouches). The DZ rig is the most comfortable out-of-the-box belt kit I have ever worn. I don’t know if I’m a convert to webbing/beltkit, but it definitely shows its merits. There is no molle on the back however the DZ rig includes buckles to attach to the molle on the bottom of a hydration carrier or small assault pack to clip into the belt, from there you could probably secure the molle of the backpack to the toggles of the dz rig using paracord.
